Overall Rationale: Feels very similar to the AP poll this week.  Didn't cross-reference until after I finished compiling this, but with the Auburn/Oregon result from earlier in the year, coupled with the Michigan/Iowa result Saturday, there are a few groupings within the rankings that start to write themselves.
