Overall Rationale: SP+ but modified so that all of the undefeated teams are placed first. Then the best one loss teams follow. then two loss teams etc. Essentially creating mini SP+ rankings for teams with the same records. I expect this method will get more accurate as sp+ gets more data in it and relies less on preseason data, and as teams inevitably lose. Some teams may be benefiting from an easy schedule, but still, going undefeated is a pretty good feat and deserves to be recognized. This mehtod sadly has no way to account for FCS teams.
