Overall Rationale: Almost at the point where it is entirely a resume poll but admidly there is still some preseason thoughts that may seep into parts of this poll as some teams still haven't been tested.

1 Clemson Tigers They JUST hold onto #1 as I think they looked better against TAMU than Auburn who I think has the best resume so far.
2 Auburn Tigers Auburn jumps to #2 as they took down TAMU this week on the road and have that win over Oregon. Arguably the best pair of wins so far.
3 LSU Tigers
4 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia moves up a spot this week as they held off the Irish. Still think that Texas is a better team than ND so LSU stays above them.
5 Wisconsin Badgers Wisconsin jumps up to #5 after dominating Michigan.
6 Alabama Crimson Tide Yes, I know. Alabama at #6...they still haven't played anyone.
7 Ohio State Buckeyes Was tempted to jump OSU over Alabama but when the MoV gets to the point it does with these 2 teams it is pretty much the same.
8 Oklahoma Sooners Read last 2 teams.
9 Florida Gators Still don't know what to do with this team. They haven't looked good but they are undefeated with arguably better wins than the teams behind them
10 Penn State Nittany Lions That Pitt win win is looking a lot better after this past week.
11 Texas Longhorns Texas makes a big jump this week as a lot of teams above them lost and they beat a now 3-1 OkSt team.
12 California Golden Bears Cal keeps on winning games. Survive and advance, I guess.
13 Kansas State Wildcats KSU is liking Miss St dominating Kentucky this week for sure as that gives them a big boost.
14 Iowa Hawkeyes
15 Oregon Ducks
16 Virginia Cavaliers Virginia hasn't looked good these last 2 games BUT that Pitt win is looking good.
17 Memphis Tigers
18 Boise State Broncos
19 Washington Huskies Washington moves into the poll as they beat BYU and have another solid win over Hawaii and did only lose to Cal by 1
20 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Notre Dame played better than I thought BUT they did lose and only have 2 wins including an unimpressive win over UL.
21 USC Trojans USC moves back into the poll with a win over Utah this week.
22 Utah Utes Utah drops with a loss to USC but a win over BYU isn't too bad so far.
23 UCF Knights UCF drops like a rock this week as they finally lose a regular season game but their other games give me reason to keep them ranked.
24 Michigan Wolverines Michigan drops big time after letting Wisconsin take them to town BUT Army has looked good so far.
25 SMU Mustangs SMU moves into the rankings after a solid win over TCU and moving to 4-0.  Wazzu falls out after losing to UCLA, TAMU drops after moving to 2-2. ASU drops out after losing to Colorado.
