Overall Rationale: I was glad to be right about a few teams like I had Utah (rcfb 9) unranked, Michigan (rcfb 14) unranked, and I had SMU (rcfb unranked) at 21 (rank SMU you cowards!). But of course I was wrong in other areas. The 5 teams that just missed my rankings: UCF, USC, Texas A&M, Baylor, and Michigan State.
