Overall Rationale: I continue to be troubled by the number of SEC teams in the top 10. But I'm having a hard time filtering them out without resorting to outright shenanigans. The good thing is that, over the season, it will mostly sort itself out. Homerism alert - Florida jumps to 18 becuase too much attrition happened at the bottom of the top 25 to keep them out. My "Nice Team of the Week" is UCLA at 69. Next 5 - Utah, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, App State.
