4 Georgia Bulldogs Unconvincing first half and last 5 minutes, but you could really see the depth of this team early in the second half.  Notre Dame had no answer.

11 Virginia Cavaliers Pumping the brakes on the UVA hype train a bit, but still hard to find a lot of slots to move them down in the rankings.  We'll get to see what they really are this week when they head to South Bend.

16 Appalachian State Mountaineers New coaching staff, same grit.  A NY6 bowl is a real possibility for this team, but they have to navigate a number of tricky games before their showdown with SCAR in November.  They haven't ever run the table in the Sunbelt before so it should be an interesting road ahead.

23 Texas A&M Aggies Really needed to show out against Auburn and it just didn't happen.  I still think this is a 15-20 squad, but I debated dropping them from this ranking entirely. 
24 UCF Knights Finally got their shots at P5 teams this year and really had a chance to prove themselves (and get into the playoff conversation in earnest), but came up short. Still refreshing to see them on this stage after having the bigger games on their schedule cancelled the last few years for weather.
