1 Clemson Tigers Only team w/ 3 P5 wins. They haven't been in danger of losing
2 Alabama Crimson Tide South Carolina was their hardest game yet and there was no fear of losing
3 LSU Tigers Win over Texas remains best win of anyone this year
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Pretty equally matched to Georgia and Oklahoma, but have played a slightly harder schedule
5 Georgia Bulldogs Their opponents are combined 2-6 this season. Hard to make any judgments at this point.
6 Oklahoma Sooners Their opponents are combined 1-8 this season. Hard to make any judgments at this point.
7 Auburn Tigers I don't know if they really belong at 7, but their Oregon win remains one of the best of the season
8 Wisconsin Badgers Did not play, but no other team has matched their dominance (even if it was USF and CMU)
9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Looked pretty good against NM, we will see how good they really are against Georgia
10 Utah Utes Win over BYU is looking better each week
11 Texas A&M Aggies The most impressive thing they’ve done this season was only losing to Clemson by two touchdowns. Auburn game will reveal how good they really are
12 Michigan Wolverines Did not play. Have opportunity to land in top 10 with win over Wisconsin
13 Oregon Ducks Outside of the Auburn loss Oregon has destroyed their competion. I'm expecting them to probably only lose 1 game in conference in the regular season and it will probably a fluke
14 Texas Longhorns Losing to LSU is their best game thus far. A win over Ok St this weekend could impress
15 UCF Knights Stanford is by no means a bad P5 team and UCF made them look bad
16 Boise State Broncos Handled their opponent easily
17 Iowa Hawkeyes Beat a top 30 Iowa State team. Game was pretty close though
18 Penn State Nittany Lions Barely beat Pitt. Not a great showing
19 Florida Gators Should have probably lost to Kentucky. Could easily be 1-2 right now, but are 3-0. Florida is probably going to fluke their way to a 10 win season where they almost lose to a bunch of bad teams.
20 Memphis Tigers Beat their opponent handily
21 Washington State Cougars Beat Houston in a close game. Probably their best win this season still
22 California Golden Bears Really didn't look all that great this week, but enough teams in front of them looked bad for them to be ranked
23 Arizona State Sun Devils They are just barely beating everyone, but they are winning
24 Washington Huskies Impressive win over Hawaii, don't feel like I can put them in front of Cal at the moment though
25 North Dakota State Bison I couldn't come up with 25 FBS teams that actually deserve to be ranked and NDSU hasn't lost a game since November 2017 so they get in this week. The next 5 are K-State, Virginia, Army, TCU, and Oklahoma State and I don't think any of those teams would beat NDSU except maybe Kansas State with NDSU's former coach.
