Overall Rationale: This is an elo ranking system which rewards teams for beating higher rated teams and punishes teams for losing to lower rated teams. Small sample size (each team having not played more than 3 games) makes for some interesting rankings but I'm estimating it should take shape by around week 6 or 7.
