Overall Rationale: Formula is modeled somewhat off of the Five Factors that Football Study Hall uses. The offensive output is divided by defensive output and then multiplied by the Colley unbiased winning percentage.I will put outputs and their rank in college football overall for each reason.Some notes I saw:- Ohio with the big move into the top 25 (ranked 33 week before)- Biggest faller was Michigan from 20th to 43rd- Big win over Kansas catapults TCU- UTEP, GA Southern and Baylor are bottom 3
