Overall Rationale: The teams that just missed my rankings were Iowa State, Toledo, Marshall, West Virginia, and Boise State. The main changes to my rankings (min 5 spots): Michigan (UR) and Miss State (NEW). This is the least amount of change my rankings have seen all season. Good job everyone!

2 Georgia Bulldogs Dawg survives the bye on hate alone
3 TCU Horned Frogs Struggling with Kansas? Not here. Next week looking interesting vs a rising Iowa State that barely missed my ranking
4 Penn State Nittany Lions Uhhh holy shit! There goes me thinking that Michigan had a stout defense. Dropped Michigan from my rankings and close to bumping you above TCU. VERY interesting game vs the Buckeyes next week. Playoff implications on the line!
5 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Just like Penn State, damn! Good job against The Darnold. Fortunately USC survived the cut unlike Michigan. Top 10 (in my rankings) matchup vs the Wolfpack. Hopefully should be a good game!
6 Oklahoma State Cowboys Close win over Texas just like OU last week. You also kept the Texas offense quiet. I expect better in the future, but wow the Longhorn defense is legit. At West Virginia will be a tough matchup!
7 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State is looking nothing like the team that lost to OU (and vice versa). Strong case to jump the real OSU. Top 10 matchup coming up vs Penn State.
8 Wisconsin Badgers Nice to finally see a game that didn't end close because it seemed like Wisconsin would squeak by each team on their schedule for a while there. Very real chance to end up undefeated with the only real challenges left being Iowa and Michigan
9 NC State Wolfpack Survived the bye week and survived staying in my top 10. Exciting matchup vs the scary Fighting Irish. Good luck!
10 Miami Hurricanes Seemed to start off strong, but a bit close at the end. Welcome to my top 10 Canes!
11 Clemson Tigers Fell a spot due to bye and Miami beating the team you fell to (also they are undefeated). Tough end of schedule coming up vs GT, NCState, FSU, and South Carolina.
12 Virginia Tech Hokies There's the Hokies I've been expecting the last couple games
13 UCF Knights First close game for the Citronauts, but Navy has been a decent G5 team so far. UCF very easily could finish up undefeated assuming nothing freaky (chaos?) happens.
14 Michigan State Spartans Close win, but just like OSU and Texas, I believe Indiana is better than their record. 
15 Washington State Cougars Great win coming off a truly embarrassing game vs Cal! You jumped Washington, but you two are pretty easily interchangeable right now. Watch out for Arizona next week.
16 Washington Huskies Dropped a spot due to how you and WSU each handled your conference games this week. Can't play like that vs the Rosen led Bruins coming up.
17 USF Bulls Close win over Tulane and you're mainly staying up here now due to being undefeated. Be careful with the game coming up vs Houston.
18 Oklahoma Sooners Another close win. I've come to expect this type of close game since the Baylor game. This is the main reason I keep OU down in my rankings. Very tough schedule coming up and one of these teams will trip the Sooners up like Iowa State did. Good luck vs Tech, OSU, TCU, and WVU.
19 USC Trojans Big loss to the Fighting Irish! You were able to stay in the rankings because of your resume, but the teams below you are chomping at the bit to jump you. Good luck vs a ASU that just gave Washington a scare.
20 Stanford Cardinal Survived the bye and only at this position because of losing to the team above you.
21 LSU Tigers Easy win. Exciting game coming up after the bye vs Alabama!
22 Auburn Tigers Easy win
23 Memphis Tigers Good strong close win over Houston. Memphis should be able to win out after this. Don't over look a Tulane team that played USF close and a always lurking SMU squad.
24 Texas A&M Aggies Ah my Aggies. Still in here due to the bye not getting a chance to embarrass us. I still don't know how to feel about this young team. Have a very tough matchup at home coming up vs Miss State and then Auburn. Gig em!
25 Mississippi State Bulldogs Very strong win over Kentucky! Fun maroon, ranked (in my ranks) matchup vs my Ags.
