Overall Rationale: As always, will move +/-5  based on eye test, if no individual reason is given, they moved based on other teams moving. Link to full standings: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DahkvOu69wZE2w2skKrP39CCgmlAImUlnNo0TYbSwUA/edit?usp=sharing

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide
Georgia Bulldogs
TCU Horned Frogs
Notre Dame Fighting Irish +3: ND may be actually really good, they certainly look it, and that UGA loss keeps looking better.
Miami Hurricanes
Ohio State Buckeyes
Penn State Nittany Lions
UCF Knights
Auburn Tigers -5: They keep winning, and though Miss St appears to be a quality win again, the SEC west is very muddled with the early season rankings
Iowa State Cyclones -4: Big fan of what Iowa State is doing, but they are quite top 10 yet, only tenth bc I'm also not sure what to do with LSU
LSU Tigers -5: No idea what to think of this team, but my system likes their wins
Clemson Tigers
NC State Wolfpack
Oklahoma State Cowboys +5: They are clearly better than what we saw against Texas, and that TCU loss does not look that bad anymore
Michigan State Spartans
Arizona Wildcats -5: They may have figured out this whole football thing, Khalil is the real deal
Arizona State Sun Devils
Oklahoma Sooners +5: Maybe that ISU loss wasn't so bad after all
Washington State Cougars
Wisconsin Badgers
Syracuse Orange -5: This feels more right, they dropped a few bad ones, but they are looking to be a more complete football team than we thought.
Stanford Cardinal
Virginia Tech Hokies +4: my system does not like the Hokies. They keep winning, but not by enough to be impressive
Mississippi State Bulldogs -2: Maybe they weren't so bad? The SECW is just so weird outside of Bama
USC Trojans -2: big tie toward the end of the standings, giving USC the 25th spot, bc ND may just be that good
