Overall Rationale: 2-loss or better teams were graded on schedule strength (Ranked>P5>Other), number of losses, and head to head results, in that order. Ranked wins are considered wins over teams in the top 25 the previous week, regardless of when the game occurred. Navy, USF, UCF, Memphis, Houston, and Boise State are considered P5 for this grading. The top 4 MUST contain teams from different conferences (See Miami over Georgia). Undefeated teams get a minimum grade of C+, and will have an advantage over other teams in their grade.
