Overall Rationale: One of the frustrating things about this is not everyone can be a Top 10 team. Some teams have to fall for others to rise.

2	Penn State Nittany Lions	When you dismantle Michigan like that, and I thought at the end of the first half it would be a fun close game, you are clearly one of the best teams in the country. 
3	Georgia Bulldogs
4	Ohio State Buckeyes
5	TCU Horned Frogs
6	Wisconsin Badgers
7	Washington State Cougars
8	Oklahoma Sooners
9	UCF Knights
10	Notre Dame Fighting Irish	I'll start giving credit where credit is due. Notre Dame has a fantastic resume right now and their lone loss doesn't look that bad. 
11	Washington Huskies	Huskies are ahead of the Tigers for the fact that Arizona State is better than Syracuse and up until that game, the Huskies were absolutely dominant. 
12	Clemson Tigers	Can't justify them or Washington in the Top 10. When their last game is a loss to some pretty bad teams. As far as resume goes, Auburn is not the quality win you all keep saying they are. I'll give you Virginia Tech, but Auburn and Louisville are vastly overrated. 
13	Miami Hurricanes	Still not sure this is a Top 10 team. It kinda feels like I'm holding my breath waiting for them to collapse. The Georgia Tech game and this last Syracuse game did not ease my fears there. 
14	USF Bulls	Have played too many teams to close, and upon further inspection, UCF has done more and looked better than their I-4 brethren. 
15	Oklahoma State Cowboys	I know they won, but too many teams looked better to rank them where the rest of the nation thinks they should be. 
16	Virginia Tech Hokies
17	Michigan State Spartans
18	NC State Wolfpack
19	Iowa State Cyclones
20	Michigan Wolverines	This probably seems really, really harsh, but two losses with one being a massive blowout doesn't sit right. 
21	West Virginia Mountaineers
22	Stanford Cardinal	That San Diego State loss is really starting to smart. 
23	Memphis Tigers
24	USC Trojans	Again, probably seems harsh, but that was a dismantling. It was bad. 
25	LSU Tigers
