Overall Rationale: GA and TCU gain big from ranked wins. Oklahoma State still looks good, but their loss to TCU drops them 5 spots. Miss State also drops 5 places due to ranked loss to GA. FSU gets a pity vote at #25, they may turn it around yet, haven't had the benefit of tune-up games early. Tennessee and Oregon drop out due to losses versus unranked opponents. San Diego State and Notre Dame climb onto list due to resume to date. Expected a bigger bounce back from LSU versus Syracuse plus their loss to Miss St looks worse now, so they drop. Rest of list is essentially unchanged relative to each other.
