Overall Rationale: Rankings are starting to sort themselves out in my mind. I really regret jumping OkSt so much last week. I wanted to get some newer blood in the 25-20 range of teams I think are on the verge of good seasons. Keep an eye on Duke to keep climbing. They could finish top 3 in the Coastal this year.NOTE: I am very unlikely to drop a team's rank unless they lose. There may be small 1 or 2 spot swaps but I believe that most teams will show their true colors in big games.
