Overall Rationale: Better teams are ranked higher mmmkay.But on a more serious note I try to first order by lowest number of losses. This can underrate teams I think are pretty strong like tOSU but any team up top that takes a loss usually takes a severe drop in my polls. This is how I avoid inertia. I use Massey's composite (https://www.masseyratings.com/cf/compare.htm) to quick reference schedule and results and acknowledge this biases my poll to a degree.Also trying tiers this week. Tiers are alphabetical then numerical within. This is mostly a way for me to group teams of similar strength then rank within a tier.Yes Miami was excluded on purpose due to low number of games played. Also I remembered to do SDSU instead of SJSU this week.
