3 TCU Horned Frogs TCU deserves a lot more love for one of the most convincing wins of any time yet this season: a dominating performance against a strong opponent on the road
4 Oklahoma Sooners
5 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia is still getting knocked for eking out a win against a Notre Dame team that is proving to be better than we had previously thought.
6 Virginia Tech Hokies Needs way more love for the way they opened the season against West Virginia.  VT is looking strong.
7 USC Trojans Not playing like a Top 10 team.  I also suspect several of the teams they have played so far will not finish the season bowl-eligible.

9 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State is being vastly overrated in other polls.  Their only game against an even remotely tough opponent to date showed an incredibly shaky performance that came down to the final play of the game.

11 Wisconsin Badgers The 3 teams they have faced collectively share 4 wins among them.  But Hornibrook looks good.

13 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Better than their ranking.  Still getting knocked for the Georgia loss.
