Khavanon Ballot for 2017 Week 5

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Sept. 24, 2017, 11:11 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Computer poll should come out after week 6. Dropping out: Florida State (Just two games, but I have no idea what we've got here. They have plenty of time to work their way back in), Mississippi State (Well, that was short lived), Kentucky (I believed in you guys! You can still get back in).

Rank Team Reason
Alabama Crimson Tide (0) 59-0 road win over previously unbeaten Vanderbilt.

Washington Huskies (+4) 37-10 road win over previously ranked #15 Colorado.
Oklahoma Sooners (-3) 49-41 road win over winless Baylor. The sports gods required sacrifices from the state of Oklahoma for the Paul George and Carmelo Anthony trades, but Oklahoma managed to resist. State, however...
Michigan Wolverines (+1) 28-10 road win over Purdue.
Georgia Bulldogs (+4) 31-3 over previously ranked #20 Mississippi State.
Ohio State Buckeyes (-2) 54-21 over UNLV.
Florida Gators (+4) 28-27 road win over previously ranked #21 Kentucky.
Wisconsin Badgers (-1) Bye.
Virginia Tech Hokies (+1) 38-0 over Old Dominion.
TCU Horned Frogs (+12) 44-31 road win over previously ranked #11 Oklahoma State.
Auburn Tigers (+2) 51-14 road win over Missouri. Teams ahead of them dropped.
Oklahoma State Cowboys (-4) 44-31 home loss to TCU.
USF Bulls (+1) 43-7 over Temple.
Miami Hurricanes (+1) 52-30 over Toledo.
Washington State Cougars (+1) 45-7 over Nevada.
Louisville Cardinals (+4) 42-3 over Kent State. Up because teams dropped out.
San Diego State Aztecs (+4) 28-24 road win over Air Force. Same reason as above.
Utah Utes (NEW) 30-24 road win over Arizona.
Colorado Buffaloes (-7) 37-10 loss to previously ranked #9 Washington.
UCF Knights (NEW) 38-10 road win over previously unbeaten Maryland.
Tennessee Volunteers (-2) 17-13 over Massachusetts. Yuck.
Texas Tech Red Raiders (NEW) 27-24 road win over Houston. Every so often they start a season 6-0 then fall off the map.
