Overall Rationale: Don't have enough time to do a reason for each team like I normally do. This past weekend just proved again that I (and others) know nothing about college football. There were some upsets in my rankings and some almost upsets that I was surprised about. My biggest changes (5 or more spots) were TCU +8, Georgia +8, OU -5, OSU -6, Washington +6, Notre Dame +11 (was UR), West Virginia +9 (was UR), Miss State -11, Washington State +6 (was UR), Vanderbilt -12 (UR), Kentucky -8 (UR), Minnesota -6 (UR). Teams that just missed my rankings were Minnesota, SDSU, Miami, NCState, and Texas Tech
