Overall Rationale: its not perfect, but its the only way I see how to do it as fairly as possible. line every undefeated, most major wins go first, on down the line, major > mid major > fcs. independents are a per game basis. after looking at that list, I might move some up depending on how solid the teams theyve beaten and how I feel at the moment. two bottom of the barrel majors should count more than three solid midmajors? we'll find out. but thats the gist of it
