Overall Rationale: Resume based rankings, and they still need more games to really even out, but as of now, no teams with losses are ranked, because no losses is better than losses, and we don't really know how good most of these teams are yet, so it's purely based on wins and losses and caliber of opponent defeated (P5 vs G5 vs FCS) and opponents W-L record (among P5 teams)I expect it'll be about 2 more weeks before these start to look like I want them to, but it's definitely better than last weeks.
