Overall Rationale: This is a computer poll using my MLE model.  The preseason data was populated using the simulated season votes and will remain in part as a weight until roughly week 6 when new models will be rolled into the poll.This early in the season the preseason rankings still somewhat overpower the in game result especially with close games.  The teams are also all very closely clustered for the various tiers.  The results will greatly improve each week.
