Overall Rationale: My ballot attempts to be based solely on resume. No predictions, no eye test, just who you've beaten and by how much. I honestly rushed my submission last week due to running short on time, so I've made some pretty major adjustments as I wasn't actually happy with my rankings last week. I was undervaluing some wins and overvaluing others based on outdated opinions of teams, which sort of ruined the "only resume based" aspect. I feel pretty good about this week's, even if it will probably deviate substantially from the norm I believe it will reflect the results each team has achieved well.
