Overall Rationale: Model rankings are in the reasons. Going to use this season as a way to study any adjustments but its playing out nicely I think. Several teams survived some real weird spots. Real group of 15 teams that could sub into the 20-25 zone. My 25-30: USF (32), Houston (20), JMU (15), North Texas (5), Washington (29)
