Overall Rationale: Simple elo system factoring in win/loss, margin of victory, home/away, and talent (talent only for baseline starting elo). Model has been tweaked since last week, mostly surrounding how margin of victory was calculated. Also adjusted the k factor for my elo calculation, which should make the rankings a bit less reactive on a week to week basis (ran the entire season with new model). I think it's more accurate? Note: The change from last week provided in the reason field is from this version of the model's rankings for last week, not the poll I submitted last week. Next 10: Tennessee, Georgia Tech, LSU, Minnesota, TCU, Nebraska, Arizona State, Illinois, Florida, and Arizona Dropped Out: Georgia Tech, Houston, Nebraska, and Tennessee
