Overall Rationale: Dropped: #18 Tennessee, #19 Navy, #21 Houston, #22 Cincinnati, #23 Tulane Results look a little funky this week because there's just such a huge drop off after Texas. The gap between Texas and Virginia is the same as the gap between Virginia and Missouri, which produces the funkiness of Virginia moving up 10 after beating a mediocre Cal team. This is also what caused USC to be so highly ranked as a new team and Georgia Tech to fall so far, they just got caught in a scramble of very close teams and small differences ended up making a big deal.
