Overall Rationale: Dropped Out: #15 Houston, #16 Tennessee, #20 USF, #24 Tulane, #25 Navy. I do a full re-rank from scratch each week and I keep finding there are like 30 teams I want to rank but obviously I can't. Some of the teams that dropped out I really wanted to keep in but there were teams more deserving of being ranked IMO and so out they go
