Overall Rationale: Mainly on what the teams have done so far overall, took last week's rankings, made changes accordingly. (finish explanations/finalize rankings later)

1 Indiana Hoosiers EVEN. Simple crushing of Maryland keeps them up here.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes EVEN. Basically near equal with Indiana.
3 Texas A&M Aggies EVEN. On bye.
4 BYU Cougars EVEN. On bye.
5 Alabama Crimson Tide +1. On bye, but they get the benefit of Georgia Tech losing.
6 Georgia Bulldogs +1. Strongly considered placing Texas Tech here purely because that Florida game was very suspicious, but having a better ranked win in Mississippi against Texas Tech's win against Utah barely keeps them here.
7 Texas Tech Red Raiders +1. Each of their wins have been by large margins, so it will be interesting to see if this continues into BYU. If it does, there is an argument for top 3 at minimum.
8 Ole Miss Rebels +3. More due to teams in front losing. Oklahoma win is really starting to stand out now.
9 Virginia Cavaliers +5. The ACC kinda imploded this week, leaving Georgia Tech, Louisville, and Virginia as the sole 1-loss teams. Notably, Virginia beat Louisville and NC State beating Georgia Tech softens the impact that loss has to their resume.
10 Louisville Cardinals +2. They beat Miami, which compared to Tech's best win, well...
11 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets -6. They unfortunately don't have the benefit of being undefeated anymore, and looking at their wins, it's fairly concerning if the best ones there are Duke and Wake Forest. Decent teams, but compared to the top 10, this is not ideal.
12 Oregon Ducks +4. Somehow Oregon's best wins are Northwestern, and then... Rutgers? Penn State? If it's anything, they can make me shut up about their joke of a resume by beating Iowa next week.
13 Utah Utes +6. Added a quality win against Cincinnati, and the Arizona State win is also fairly good. Losses were against BYU and Tech which are both legit giving me reason to believe this is the best 2 loss team.
14 Miami Hurricanes -5. This feels fairly generous, but the SMU loss was in OT, and their win against Notre Dame limits how far I should drop them.
15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish +2. Unnecessarily ugly win against Boston College, but as long as everyone in front keeps losing, they'll likely sneak into the playoffs.
16 Texas Longhorns +7. Let me just state the last 5 games for Texas: win against Vandy, OT wins against Miss State and Kentucky, clearly beating Oklahoma, loss to Florida. I don't know what the hell to make of this team.
17 Vanderbilt Commodores -7. They still have the Mizzou win holding them up (and LSU to some extent).
18 Oklahoma Sooners +6. Decent overall resume headed by Michigan.
19 Missouri Tigers +2. Won the bye week.
20 Memphis Tigers +2. As of right now, they look like the best G5 team until really proven otherwise.
21 Cincinnati Bearcats -8. Utah loss looked pretty ugly.
22 James Madison Dukes (+6). Overall solid in Sun Belt play, and only loss is to Louisville by 14.
23 North Texas Mean Green (+7). Added Navy as what I assume will be a quality win.
24 USC Trojans NR. Probably should've had them at HM last week, and I still have questions, but tbh the #21-25 ranks in this list are a near crapshoot.
25 Michigan Wolverines (+1). The only reason they weren't in last week was because I forgot about Texas until near the end, so it only makes sense they would be here now. HM in order: Iowa, Washington, Houston, Pittsburgh, TCU, San Diego State.
