The four ratings are normalized, and the final ranking is a weighted average which increasingly values the SOR component the further into the season. Dropped: Houston (19 -> 35), Tennessee (22 -> 33). Next 5: Missouri (0.754), Arizona St (0.748), Memphis (0.747), Iowa (0.743), LSU (0.740)
