Overall Rationale: We have officially reached the crossover point of the season: there are no longer 25+ undefeated teams to rank. This also means I'm going to stop ranking the teams in "tiers" by record. There are some similarities between this week's ballot and last week's, e.g. Ole Miss remaining at #1, but otherwise this will be quite different. All 20 undefeated teams are ranked, but they will not all be ahead of all five one-loss teams on the ballot, and the 5-0 teams are not all going to be ahead of the 4-0 teams. Going forward from this point there will be some amount of "poll inertia" week to week.
