Overall Rationale: First few weeks my computer poll will be labeled hybrid. Preseason poll is combination of prior season final computer ranking and recruiting ranking over the past 4 years. The proportion of prior season vs recruiting ranking is determined based on the returning production % from Bill Connelly. As season progresses my preseason ranking will be slowly phased out as computer poll gains more data points. Around week 5 this poll will be purely computer using only this seasons results.
