Overall Rationale: All reasons are my preseason poll, which I haven't seen since I made it. Next 5 out are Navy, Louisville, Ohio, LSU, and Florida. Next 5 in preseason were NC State (Bad), Boise State (Too Low), Texas A&M (OK), Iowa State, and SMU (Both OK Considering expectations

2 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Ohio State, Hit, but most people had them here, so no surprise
3 Oregon Ducks Oregon, Hit, Called them the best team on paper, they weren't
4 Penn State Nittany Lions Texas, OK, I just expected more out of them really
5 Georgia Bulldogs Ole Miss, Not Good, The SEC was disappointing this year, for SEC fans that is, great for everyone else

7 Indiana Hoosiers Notre Dame, Good, so close to 15-N1U, so close
8 Arizona State Sun Devils Penn State, Good, James Franklin won a big game? He can do that?

21 Army West Point Tennessee, Too Low, I was lower on them than most people, but they didn't quite live up to expectations, so point me I guess?

23 UNLV Rebels Virginia Tech, Miss, I know the bottom spots of the poll don't really matter, but come on
24 Missouri Tigers USC, Miss, We need to stop putting teams that lost a lot but were good last year in the poll, it never goes well
