Overall Rationale: My computer starts as a strict power ranking and over the course of the season weights resume more and more as a way to try and predict how the committee may make their selections. This is the last ranking of the season so resume is pretty much all that is being looked at but there I still leave a minimum amount of power ranking still factored in because generally there is some bias towards the higher power rated teams in the regular polls so I leave that in there since this ballot is attempting to predict how the teams would be ranked.
