Overall Rationale: Most non-playoff bowls are meaningless exhibitions and aren't worth taking into account in the final rankings. The only meaningful football since the week 16 poll was the CFP and Army-Navy. Therefore, all non-CFP non-Army teams retain their relative rankings, with the sole exception of Ole Miss and Alabama (who were basically tied in my week 16 rankings) swapping places at the 13/14 spots. LSU is the new entrant after Army dropped out.
