Overall Rationale: My formula gives a team points for all the wins of the teams they beat, and punishes them for all the losses of teams to which they lose. For example, this week Georgia loses 2 points for losing to Alabama, who is 5-2, and they get 6 points for beating Texas, who is 6-1. The total is then averaged per game and then all scores are normalized, so the top score is a 1 and the bottom score is a 0 and everyone else falls in between. FCS wins are worth 1/2 the teams win total, and FCS losses are punished a 2 times the teams loss total.
