Overall Rationale: Try to match efficiency metrics with quality of wins and losses. Basically an objective ranking, with an eye test tweak. Late ballot this week due to travel but again, surprising amount of inactivity in terms of losses, other than the fact there were 2 very high ranked matchups. The "tweak" here is proving difficult, as two of the most efficient teams now have 2 losses. Trying to put them among the other resumes is proving difficult, but I think for now I'm just marking Bama and ole Miss as able to move up as other teams catch up to their loss totals. Dropped out: Nebraska (22, truly awful loss), Texas Tech (24, maybe worse loss). New this week: UNLV (24), Navy (25). Next few out, in rough order: Illinois, Vanderbilt, Wisconsin, Memphis, Colorado, Syracuse, Florida, Cincinnati
