3 Georgia Bulldogs Win over Texas despite 1 loss
4 Indiana Hoosiers Hasn’t trailed all season and done what you want against their schedule with their worst win being 14 points against Maryland, and the rest being at least 3 scores. Need to be tested against a quality team to be ranked higher but the sky is the limit
5 Miami Hurricanes Undefeated despite themselves squeaking out wins
6 Iowa State Cyclones Like Miami but without as good of competition of Miami
7 BYU Cougars
8 Ohio State Buckeyes Best 1 loss team aside from Georgia but need to prove themselves against good opponents like 2 weeks from now against penn st
9 Texas Longhorns Losses to Georgia but didn’t look like a good team doing it. Offense was bad and defense probably played good enough to win if it wasn’t for the offense spotting great field position to the bulldogs but they played better than Clemson and Georgia is a really good loss compared to Arkansas
10 Tennessee Volunteers Defense is legit offense is suspect however they make enough plays to win games ignoring Arkansas. Just like the loss dropps them down here as 4th best 1 loss team
11 Clemson Tigers Looked good since Georgia but hasn’t been tested since
12 LSU Tigers Really bad against usc and that has only hurt them since. Also ole miss not looking good hurts as well
13 Texas A&M Aggies Best team in sec but needs to be tested against good sec opponents. And Missouri is not good seeing as they almost lost to vandy at home+ loss to A&M and the comeback against a bad auburn at home
14 Pittsburgh Panthers Undefeated but they ain’t played nobody Paul but they look good against inferior opponents and haven’t dropped a game against teams in similar levels like cal or West Virginia but haven’t played well enough to move up
15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Loss to NIU aside the fighting Irish beat a&m at home and have improved as the season continue but NIU is why there down here and not higher
16 Kansas State Wildcats Turns out byu is a good team but kstate has played well enough to earn their ranking but needs
17 Illinois Fighting Illini Good team that has played good teams tough this week is another test to see if they belong ranked
18 Boise State Broncos Ashton jeanty is a really good player and their only loss is against a tough Oregon team which they played well enough to win but it just wasn’t enough
19 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama is a ok team but on a good day beats the top but loses to bad teams when not playing well
20 Ole Miss Rebels Problems with their team clicking but have the talent to be one of the best teams
21 Army West Point Army is really good and hasn’t trailed all year only reason not higher is sos
22 Navy Midshipmen Similar to as they are playing well all year but they aren’t as army but not as good as army
23 SMU Mustangs Played really well but have a loss
24 UNLV Rebels Only loss in double ot to a Syracuse team
25 Vanderbilt Commodores Because vandy beats Alabama close against Missouri and if they played again vandy wins
