Overall Rationale: Over the last 5 or 6 weeks I've been allowing my poll to change wildly from week to week, basing rankings largely on record alone. Over the next two weeks I'll start to solidify my actual top 25, which will carry a bit of poll inertia throughout the rest of the season. In other words, the next two weeks will tell me who is actually good enough to be in the top 25 and I will use those teams to evaluate the quality of wins and losses moving forward.
