Overall Rationale: Ok, controversial, but my factors of importance: are quality of win (P5 / G5 / FCS + margin) then expected team quality (i.e. how good does this team look). This leads to weirder rankings in the early weeks as teams with teams with worse wins temporarily rank higher than better teams with a random loss. But I believe in rewarding the play on the field.

1 Michigan Wolverines Champions stay at #1 until defeated. Beat a meh Fresno.
2 Georgia Bulldogs Also had what would have been a top 5 impressive win this week over Clemson.
3 USC Trojans Win over LSU was most impressive game of the weekend.
4 Texas Longhorns Colorado State is G5 with a very good coach. UT beat the tar out of them.
5 Penn State Nittany Lions Shredded a WVU team expected to make waves.
6 Miami Hurricanes Decapitated Florida. This voter has a low view of Napier, but still impressed.
7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish A&M was overrated, but it's still a win over an SEC team.
8 Boston College Eagles We're overrating because it's a big week 1 win, but Bill O'B can coach and both lines looked solid.
9 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Also overrating because it's a week 0 win. Hard to gage program.
10 North Carolina Tar Heels Looked inept but beat a P5 OOC on the road. Has to be rewarded.
11 TCU Horned Frogs Hard to judge quality of Stanford.
12 Vanderbilt Commodores The SEC runs through Vandy.
13 Alabama Crimson Tide
14 Utah Utes
15 Arizona State Sun Devils Handled a decent G5 team completely.
16 Colorado Buffaloes Beat the best FCS team. Won't be here for long.
17 Nebraska Cornhuskers Handled an inept but still G5 team very well.
18 Ole Miss Rebels
19 Ohio State Buckeyes
20 Oklahoma Sooners
21 UNLV Rebels They beat a P5 team.
22 Tennessee Volunteers
23 Maryland Terrapins
24 SMU Mustangs
25 LSU Tigers
