Overall Rationale: Once again, not normally one who votes this early. This is mostly a computer poll that I am testing to advise me later when I do the human poll once voting becomes mandatory. That said, I think this early in the season this is as valid of a methodology as any. The massive shift from last week is relying on the data of week one, so teams that did poorly stat wise, like Oregon, are punished. Running this as a computer now with the goal to go full hybrid when mandatory voting starts.
