Overall Rationale: I generally don't do a preseason poll and try to wait until Week 1 to get at least a baseline for every team, but with the exception of FSU, I think the eye test pretty heavily lines up with the preseason projections. Did not look at the polls to make these rankings, but rather efficiency metrics only (FPI, SP+, etc.). Others under consideration (in rough order): Arkansas, Boston College, Washington, Maryland, Iowa State, Kansas, Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, Tulane.
