Overall Rationale: None for right now. It might as well be preseason at this point. So this is just a copy of my last poll, dropping according to losses and ~feel~. I still need to get my algorithm up and running and it does poorly on little data anyway so... time to wait.

1 Michigan Wolverines The prior national champions walk by Fresno State. The real challenge is this week to see if they survived the cheating allegations.
2 Washington Huskies Meh performance against an FCS team. Little hope for them to remain anywhere near here.
3 Oregon Ducks I know Idaho used to be FBS, but really? A 10 point victory? Disturbing.
4 Georgia Bulldogs Dominant performance means they will likely only rise.
5 Missouri Tigers This team is scary and I can see them staying up here... and maybe much higher, for the rest of the season.
6 Ohio State Buckeyes Solid start to the season.
7 Arizona Wildcats What the hell. Why a shootout? I'm worried they will flare out.
8 Texas Longhorns A real test to come, for now, just embarrassing the excuse that is CSU.
9 Alabama Crimson Tide A good start to a post-Nick Saban era.
10 Ole Miss Rebels Stop he's already dead! Seriously, what did Furman do to them? Anyway, looks like a solid fit.
11 Liberty Flames Barely beat an FCS team... Yeah, they are getting removed next week once I actually can fix this abysmal algorithm.
12 James Madison Dukes Also unconvincing. Will not stay.
13 SMU Mustangs More unconvincing. Can I just remove this whole portion next week?
14 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Riley Leonard is my man, even fighting under a different flag. Deserves to be above all the rest of the posers.
15 Oklahoma Sooners So they beat a worm. Oh well.
16 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State going to PSU.
17 Tulane Green Wave Alright... we'll see.
18 Memphis Tigers Ditto.
19 Toledo Rockets Definitely not deserving so far.
20 Oklahoma State Cowboys Solid performance, and bound to rise.
21 Kansas State Wildcats eh?
22 Louisville Cardinals No tests for a while lets this bird with teeth brush up.
23 NC State Wolfpack What the hell was that against WCU? Please drop.
24 Kansas Jayhawks Nothing to glean here.
25 Duke Blue Devils Or here either. At least one of my favorites made the list under these less than ideal circumstances. They were solid! Time to see if we can manage another Nerd Bowl win.
