Overall Rationale: Computer system that does not use points scored/allowed or margin of victory. At the start of the season, last year's data is used as a baseline and phased out until all teams have played at least three games. In future weeks this will be a hybrid system, where I will use the computer ratings to help compare teams' resumes and compile a ballot, but there's not enough data for that yet.
