Overall Rationale: Mostly computer rankings that take into account Record (most important), FPI, Efficiency, Strength of Schedule, Strength of Record, and Game Control. Calculations will be tweaked throughout the season to improve it and make more sense. Computer also used to sort teams into tiers (Great, Good, Average, Bad, Horrible). Will be heavily FPI based for first couple weeks as the other metrics sort themselves out. Rankings can be slightly adjusted by human decision.
