Overall Rationale: Mostly just vibes since this is the preseason. When the season actually starts, it is still very subjective but I watch as many games as possible and rank them as I see fit. It is more of a power rating style for now since teams do not have a resume yet, but I consider deservingness in my rankings, so an undefeated G5 (G6??) team may be ranked over a 3-loss P4 team even if I think the P4 team would win on a neutral field. To me, the games and results have to matter.
