Overall Rationale: My computer ballot attempts to predict how the CFP committee will make their selections. It starts as a strict power ranking and over the course of the season, it weights resume more heavily. If you want to exclude James Madison because they aren't eligible for the CFP, then Oregon State slides in at the bottom as they are 26
