Overall Rationale: See previous polls for full rationale. Brief description is teams steal a portion of ranking points from teams they beat based on current week, margin of victory, and home/away. JMU lost but didn't drop too much because this poll decreases point steal as season goes on to limit wild swings. Winner of The Game will definitely jump to #1 with loser dropping to #6, I'd bet. Liberty rises, being undefeated is very strong in ranking even if the individual wins aren't too strong. Tulane should be higher imo but my poll only looks at how good the team you beat was, and doesn't look at how good the team that beat you was. Essentially the poll has no knowledge of quality losses. This likewise really hurt Oregon State, they get no credit for holding their own against my poll's #1. This is something I might address, idk, feel like it opens the door on some really recursive logic. Toledo creeps up after ruining BGSU's night as God intended.
