Overall Rationale: If the last few weeks have been some of the hardest to rank, this was one of the easiest. All top 15 on my ballot played and won, with various levels of impressiveness roughly corresponding to where they were anyway. I already had Washington above FSU, which I probably would have moved to with the Travis injury anyway. Missouri was probably the worst in victory, but I also can't really move them below Penn State, Ole Miss, or Louisville, who were not particularly impressive themselves and had no resume boost. At the bottom, due to a dearth of teams, JMU stays in and only minor shuffling since, while none of the G5s were impressive again (save maybe SMU, but they easily could have lost), they ultimately all won. Dropped out: Tennessee (20, no shame but 4 losses is 4 losses), UNC (22, really disappointing season in the end). New this week: Oklahoma State (19), Notre Dame (24). First few out, in order: NC State, UNLV, Miami (OH), WVU, UTSA, Tennessee, Clemson, Troy, UNC, UCLA, Texas A&M
