Overall Rationale: Each week, I try to rank all the teams based on their resume so far this season.

1 Texas Longhorns Texas has probably the most impressive win of the year with their win at Alabama (4-1). They also have a nice win over Kansas (4-1)
2 Washington State Cougars Washington State is undefeated and has a couple impressive wins with wins over Wisconsin (3-1) and Oregon State (4-1). The oregon state win is especially impressive after they took down Utah.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State has one of the season's best wins over Notre Dame (5-1) which looks even better after the Irish won at Duke. An upcoming game against Maryland (5-0) could make their resume look even better.
4 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State is 5-0 with blowout wins over Iowa (4-1) and West Virginia (4-1). I don't think those teams are as good as Notre Dame for Ohio State but that's an impressive resume.
5 Florida State Seminoles Florida State is undefeated with two decent wins over LSU (3-2) and Clemson (3-2). Dropped from my number 1 spot with LSU's loss to Ole Miss, but they're still a very solid team.
6 Miami Hurricanes Miami is 4-0 with a very nice win over Texas A&M (4-1). They have games vs North Carolina and Clemson coming up with a chance to prove they belong higher.
7 Michigan Wolverines Michigan is 5-0 with their best win being over Rutgers (4-1).
8 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia is 5-0 with their best win being over Auburn (3-2). Also have a win over South Carolina (2-3).
9 Oregon Ducks Oregon is 5-0 with their best win being over Colorado (3-2)
10 Washington Huskies Washington is 5-0 with their best win being over Arizona (3-2).
11 USC Trojans USC is 5-0 with their best win being over Colorado (3-2)
12 Missouri Tigers Missouri is 5-0 with a win over Kansas State (3-1)
13 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama is my top 1 loss team. Despite their loss to Texas, they have a very nice win over Ole Miss (4-1). They have a big matchup with Texas A&M this coming week.
14 Oregon State Beavers Oregon State is 4-1 with a close loss to Washington State and a very nice win over Utah (4-1).
15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Notre Dame is 5-1 with a close loss to Ohio State and a good win over Duke (4-1). Also have a win over NC State (3-2). Game with Louisville (5-0) next week could move them up in my poll.
16 North Carolina Tar Heels North Carolina is 4-0 with wins over Minnesota (3-2) and South Carolina.
17 Kentucky Wildcats Kentucky is 5-0 with a win over Florida (3-2)
18 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss is 4-1 with a loss to Alabama and a win over LSU (3-2)
19 Utah Utes Utah is 4-1 with a loss to Oregon State but with wins over UCLA (3-1) and Florida (3-2)
20 Duke Blue Devils Duke is 4-1 with a last minute loss to Notre Dame. Best win is over Clemson (3-2)
21 Maryland Terrapins Maryland is 5-0 but doesn't have a win over a team with a winning record. They play Ohio State this week and can prove they belong much higher.
22 Louisville Cardinals Louisville is 5-0. Best win is over NC State (3-2). Big chance to move up this week with a game against Notre Dame.
23 Oklahoma Sooners Oklahoma is 5-0 but lacks quality wins. Wins over Iowa state and Cincinnati are probably their best wins. Big chance to move up this weekend with a game against Texas.
24 Fresno State Bulldogs Fresno state is 5-0 with a couple p5 wins, albeit against weak p5 teams.
25 Air Force Falcons Air Force is 5-0 and i decided to give them this spot over 4-1 P5 teams that don't really have any impressive wins yet.
