Overall Rationale: I almost throw up from anxiety every time I think about top-10 Oregon v Washington in two weeks. Conversely, I’m very excited for top-15 USC v Notre Dame so we can see if USC’s abysmal defense will cost them the game. Pac 12 cannibalism has begun, and Utah will be the victim of much of it until Rising comes back (if he ever does). Kentucky and Maryland move in, and I won’t rank Louisville because I have no idea how they keep winning
